1)  What do you hope to gain from your Leadership Lake County experience, and how do you plan to share it with others?  (to be completed before you come to the retreat in September)

2)  What did you learn from the behavior style inventory?  How can you take this information and apply it to a current leadership situation?

3) How would you define character?  What impacted you most about the Lear jet story?  What are your principles- do you have any "cracks" on which you need to work?

4)  How do you feel after meeting your SS KIDS group?  What do you think your assets and challenges are as you move forward?

5) What are some of the environmental assets of Lake County? Why is protecting the environment here important to the future of Lake County?

6) Why is understanding the past important in shaping the future of Lake County? Give specific examples of things you learned today.

7) What are the advantages and challenges to doing business in Lake County?

 8) Think of an activity in which you participate as a group?  What is the activity and would you describe it as diverse or not?  Why?  Using this group as the example, how does/ would having a diverse group of people make it effective?

9) What happened today that had the greatest impact on you?  What was the impact, and why do you think you were effected that way?

10)  Journal Entry: This program day was once called “Our brothers/sisters keepers”-do you believe that we have an obligation to be our brothers/sisters keepers why or why not? What was the most interesting thing that you learned today?

11) Why is the quality of life important when choosing the community in which you want to live?
