Our Signature Program is our flagship program, founded in 1986, designed for established professionals in preparation for progressive leadership positions within an organization, service on non-profit boards, and as community leaders.

Program days are dynamic and allow participants to directly engage with existing and emerging leadership within Lake County and regional organizations.  Topics include major issues facing Lake County and the surrounding areas, and range from local government, business and labor to quality of life.  Professional development workshops are built into program days to further enhance deep learning and equip participants with readily applicable skills and techniques to build workplace excellence.

Our Signature Program is an employer-supported professional development program. The program is funded by tuition and corporate sponsors.
