Congratulations Leader of the Year!

We are please to announce our 2025 Leader of the Year as selected by the Board of Director's Leader of the Year committee. Led by board member Dr. Gretchen Skok DiSanto '12, the committee reviewed six nominations submitted by LLC graduates for consideration.

Aided with a decision rubric created by the committee and included with the nomination form, committee members assessed the community leaders on a variety of criteria. As expected, the individuals presented as potential winners were all outstanding and demonstrate leadership and value to the Lake County community every day. 

After reviewing the results of the rubric and serious discussion between committee members, John Griffin '21, CEO of Griffin Technology Group was selected as the winner.

John will be celebrated at the 2025 Leader of the Year and Signature and Community Builders graduation event on Wednesday, May 28th from 6:00PM - 8:00 PM at St. Noel's Banquet Facility in Willoughby Hills. Doors open at 5:30 PM.
