Board of Directors
Leadership Lake County Inc. is governed by a 19-member board of directors. Directors may serve for two 3-year terms. Dates of service correspond to the fiscal year calendar beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
The organization is led by a CEO/President who manages daily operations and strategic goal achievement. Staff includes a director of professional programs, a youth program manager, and an accountant.
