To help nominators, the selection committee has created and shared the scoring matrix they will be using to evaluate nominations. Please read it over to better understand what information the committee is seeking and how they will weight each requested field during their deliberations.

The 2024 Leader of the Year was Jay McDonald.

This year's winner will be recognized at our annual Signature Class Graduation and Leader of the Year event on the evening of May 28th at St. Noel's Banquet Center in Willoughby Hills.
